Insurance

Our office works with most insurance companies. This means that we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you and to calculate an estimate of your patient portion. We do our best to utilize your insurance benefits but please be aware that the insurance company will not cover 100% of the cost of most procedures. Any co-payments or balances not covered by insurance are due at the time of your visit.
